Abstract
In any communication, security is the most important issue in today’s world. Lots of data security and data hiding algorithms have been developed in the last decade. The exchange of data among users the confidentiality and privacy should be converted to some unreadable format. To meet these requirements the technique steganography can be used by combining with cryptography algorithm. In this system, AES algorithm is used to encrypt a secret message into an unreadable ciphertext before hiding it in the image. Diffie Hellman algorithm is used to determine the key for AES. Therefore, it will more secured due to double layer of security mechanisms.

Introduction
Steganography is a technique to hide a secret information in such a way that someone unable to fine the existence of the information. The term of “Steganography is come from the words ‘Steganos’ means ‘Covered’ and ‘Graptos’ means ‘Writing. Image steganography will allow user to securely transfer text message by hiding in a digital image file using the local characteristic within an image. In other words, if a person views that image which has hidden information inside, he or she will have no idea that there is any secret information.
Cryptography is a method to encrypt a secret message into an unreadable form. Cryptography and steganography are closely related to each other where the techniques are to provide data security and secure communication. Cryptography provides features such as confidentiality, authenticity, non-repudiation and integrity of data. Moreover, cryptography focuses on keeping the contents of a message secret. Adavanced Data Encryption (AES) is used to transform the information into unreadable form called ciphertext. AES algorithm developed by Joan Daemen and Vincent Rijmen has been selected by NIST as standard ciphering algorithm in 2002. AES algorithm is divided by 3 versions depending on length of the key which are AES128, AES192, and AES256. Diffie-Hellman key exchange algorithm is the first published public – key algorithm. The purposed of the algorithm is to enable two users to exchange a secret key securely that then can be used for subsequent encryption of message. In this system, Diffie Hellman key exchange is used for generate the key to AES encryption and decryption. Therefore, combining the cryptography with steganography can be the best solution in securing a message. This system proposed a double layer security mechanism on image steganography. Objectives

As a conclusion by using double layer security approach, it will allow securely transfer and hiding information in image steganography.
Meaning that, double layer security is more secure than one layer security.
